Having been in sales for the past ten years, I feel I truly found my niche in Real Estate. Having lived in multiple countries, and being raised in Belgrade I am totally fluent in Serbian. I can honestly say I am proud to now call Kitchener-Waterloo my home. Prior to entering the Real Estate profession I worked in Banking, Mortgaging and Investing and also studied in the Nursing profession. Denise Bauman – Customer Care Specialist

Since June of 2008, I have been the Customer Care Specialist for the Mark Maurer Team. As a consummate professional in the Kitchener-Waterloo Real Estate Profession for over twenty six years, I discovered my passion early in life. Having worked with land development companies and residential construction firms, I enjoys every aspect of the Real Estate Industry. I am very passionate and take my Team responsibilities very, very seriously. I believe the Mark Maurer Team has the absolute best Home Selling Systems in existence today! Our Team's client-considerate approach to doing business keeps me excited and loving my job.

As a farm girl through and through, I live and breath the fabulous rural communities of the Waterloo Region. Through my hard work running the family farm for a decade when my father was ill, to being a mother of a teenage son, I try to give back to the Waterloo community in ways that reflect the nature and spirit of the region. As an avid gardener in my spare time, I'm always up for a challenge that is result-oriented, whether in business or in leisure. I'm grateful for my father's faith and trust in me when running the family business, and for the reassurance that he gave me, knowing that I can accomplish anything I put my mind to. Some days I remind myself: God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. Other days, I just make it happen.
